    I can't unzip the files after download.

    Make sure you have the latest updates on all your unzipping applications.

    How long after my puchase is my download available before it expires?

    All purchased products will be available to download to verified customers All Purchased product files are available for 5 days after purchase and extended. Our recomendation is backing up all files on DVD or any external drive after download
